@eesucker What are they expecting from you ? A phone ? A broadband router? EE tv box ? Including a supplied EE Apple TV ? Any WiFi repeater you also got.

They want everything they sent you so you could use the service of that contract you agreed too.

If you've not received anything about the return yet, I'd recommend speaking to our customer service guides.

They'll be able to access your account and check to see what is happening on the return packaging.
