EE sent me a text about a complaint

I’ve just received a text from EE stating that I had contacted them to make a complaint and that my case had been closed and they gave me the case number. Only problem with that is that I never made a complaint to EE I’ve tried to use the case number to find out what I apparently complained about and I can’t find anything so not quite sure what to do any ideas?

Have you contacted EE about anything recently? They often seem to raise issues as complaints, then close them soon after, when you haven't actually said it's a complaint, in my experience.

I just had a message on my son's phone, saying the complaint had been closed, reference number.... But I haven't made a complaint?!

I spoke to EE today to upgrade his phone, but that's all?

Any clue? Can I find it somewhere using the reference number?!
