I'd like to send some positive feedback for Ethan in Tyneside. He was superb today, especially as I manage the account for my 'elderly' parents.

He's rolled multiple various contracts into one and given us a great deal - Thank You Ethan!!

Can any community staff verify that this feedback will reach the necessary people?
