Charity donation request

I am messaging as part of the committee for a Parent and Friend's Association of a primary school in Leicester.

We are a small school based registered charity working towards improving the school experience and environment for the children who attend the school. We are currently fundraising to improve the children’s outdoor space and play equipment.

One of our key events is our Christmas Fayre and our biggest fund raiser at the event is our raffle. We are kindly requesting that you consider making a raffle prize donation to our charity. The event will be held at the school on Friday 6th December 2024, between 4pm and 6pm.
