Charity donation

I am contacting you on behalf of St Margaret’s Primary School’s PTA (registered charity number 1203598) to ask if you are able to donate a raffle prize for our upcoming Christmas raffle which this year will be held on 6th December 2024
From tokens for local businesses to simply a box of chocolates, every prize is gratefully received and goes a long way in raising funds for our school as well as hopefully raising your business profile.
For our christmas celebrations the raffle plays a major part in the grand total raised throughout the year so the more prizes we receive, the more incentive there is for parents/carers to buy a ticket and have a chance of winning. It is wonderful to be able to see the children’s joy as the names are drawn out.

With cut-backs to school, the role of the PTA is so important and we are currently looking at a range of projects from purchasing new reading books for each of our classrooms to continuing improvements to our school playground.

In return for any raffle prize donations, close to the event we will show our gratitude on our St Margaret’s C of E Primary School Prestwich - PTA Facebook page (some posts reach over 1000 people) and also thank you in our PTA newsletter that goes out to all parents/carers and appears on our website.
