Positive feedback

Having recently had a bad experience in a store I was helped by two people. Sam in the store and Kenny on the customer services team. I would like to give them positive feedback but cannot find a way to do that. Can you help, please? I do think it is important that recognition is given when it is due.

I can see if I can track Sam and Kenny down to pass on your thanks and praise. Which store was Sam in?

Sam was in your Stafford Store. That's in Staffordshire. Kenny is part if your custo.er services /support team. Thank you

I had the absolute pleasure of being assisted by Patricio at the Sheffield branch, and I genuinely wish every adviser could be trained to his standard. From the very start, he listened with patience and genuine empathy, showing a deep understanding that financial hardship can be incredibly difficult to talk about.

What stood out most was how reassuring and respectful he was throughout — never once dismissive, never questioning why I couldn’t afford certain options. Instead, he offered realistic and affordable solutions with kindness and understanding.

Patricio is not only knowledgeable and professional but also truly lovely to speak with. His warmth, compassion, and ability to make customers feel heard make him an absolute asset to EE. If more staff were like him, the customer experience would be exceptional every time.
