Hello!

I spoke to someone on the phone regarding an upgrade and he was really helpful and pleasant to speak to, I've tried looking for somewhere to give praise but the website only has a complaints section?

Is there anyway I can get positive feedback to the rep I spoke to? Thanks 🙂

This is great to hear, I am sure why of the staff will be able to give the feedback if you have the person’s first name.
