I would like to say a huge thank you to the following ladies who helped me this morning.

They were both so kind, helpful and understanding and deserve to be praised for their excellent customer service and care - thank you both so much for helping me at a difficult time in my life. It’s very much appreciated! Kristen

If this could be passed on to them / their managers. It’s a shame there is only a complaints department but no website or section to give praise where due.
