I have been on the 150 line for over &nbsp;4 hours in more than 4 diffent calls over different times over the last 2 week with no resolution found to my technical problem. Within 30 minutes Razio identified exactly what the issue was and resolved my &nbsp;problem. She was patient, pleasant and professional though out the process. I dealt with her (coincidentally) before and she exhibited the same professionalism and patience.
