I would just like to send some really positive feedback, I was upgrading my phone to the Iphone 15 and the lady on the phone (Nadia) was nothing but extremely helpful, I wasn’t made to feel like I was asking stupid questions, she was so lovely, well mannered and helped me get a good deal on my new phone. People are quick enough to complain but never quick enough to give good feedback. She is a huge credit to you guys at EE, she really WOWED me and I have come off the phone a very satisfied customer. If there is any way you could possibly send this to Nadia’s manager at all (not sure how it works in your company) I would just like to thank Nadia once again for her time on the phone.

You should have received a text survey after your call which allows you to send direct feedback to Nadia and her manager.
