Interview Issues

Recently had a phone call interview with Craig from EE. Upon interviewing was asked general questions general scenario questions based on the job. I passed the first stage interview and he arranged for my next stage a few days later.
I was told to arrive 15 minutes before I arrived an hour before. The interview was held for nearly 2 hours, amongst a tour of the building after and 2 proofs of identification printed.
I was told I would hear back within 7 days no matter the outcome. Those 7 days were the longest days. It’s now day 11 and I’ve heard nothing from the company.
Calls have been blocked their end as I’ve tried to ring previous interviewer Craig. Rang the building and it says it’s the wrong number on their website. Previous emails that were back and forth before arranged interview tried emailing again and all have been ignored.
I had high hopes working for this company, everything seemed amazing and something that I felt was meant for me.
I would have appreciated an email outcome from my interview.

I would say if you haven't heard by within 2 weeks you would have been unsuccessful

I noticed your responses to someone about interviews. I also would like to let you know that I have had my first online interview last week (21st of May) and so far have heard no responses !

I also had an interview with EE some days ago for role of a Delivery Lead! I was very excited and were fully prepared but 2 interviewers joined the call and started asking some strange long paragraph question that was probably designed by their recruitment team!! There was no direct question related to my experience or CV.. Nearly 2 weeks passed and have no received any further information !

I just had a response from the hiring team (!!), off course when the response is negative, their attention drops (rightly).

My interviewers were 2 delivery managers which is normally the prefect case as they fully understand my work and experience but none of them raised any questions and instead they were reading strange long paragraph questions from another document and in some occasion they struggled themselves to read it clearly.

As mentioned I was highly excited when I got the interview but all soon faded away.. Hope this doesn't happen to others.

You should be ashamed for what you are doing with the people who are coming for the interview . The company just make jokes about us. I will make a complain against your EE company!! Shame on you! You are just spending our time with nonsense and you are just lying us without any shame!
