Wonderful customer service

I just got off the phone having had a fantastic experience calling EE. I'd love to know the name of the female customer service representative that helped me, can anyone advise on how to find this out as I'd like to send in a thank you.

I rang to change my data plan and discovered I'd been with EE for 19 years! She was so kind of helpful, finding me a much better plan with discount and more data for the same amount I'm already paying!

I only signed up here to try to share my thanks! ❤️

You should receive a survey via text message which will allow you leave feedback about your conversation you had, if you complete this the feedback will go direct to the agent for them to see how happy you are with the service you have received when you called.
