I would like to commend Holly on her helpfulness in upgrading 2 phones and a SIM only deal. She is extremely knowledgable about the products that were on offer. She phoned me back at the time agreed today, was polite, courteous and very patient. It was so good to actually speak to a real person! Thank you Holly, here’s hoping your managers take note of your professionalism.
