Dear Manager/Director/CEO

I am writing to you today in regard to a charity football match event I am hosting on Saturday 1st June at Ringmer FC, in aid of ChildrenwithCancerFund based in Polegate and Haydns Wish, a small charity set up in 2012 by Haydn Wileman’s family after he sadly lost his life from a nut allergy. The family have spent many years trying get awareness of allergies particularly nuts and now want to do one last hoorah before closing the charity for good, Haydn died in 2011 aged 9 so would be living his life right now if he was still with us. Donations on the day will be split 50/50 between CWCF and a charity of the families choosing which could be the football club that Haydn played for before his passing.

Your help would go a long way for two worthy causes, and today I ask you if you would be able to provide a donation in the form of a raffle prize to take place after the football match.

Welcome to the community.

My son has a severe allergy, so stories like Haydn's really hit home. Its great to see people raising awareness. I've sent you a private message to get some information from you.
