Hi,

I emailed my EIN and NI number to BT HR (and consent) last Tuesday in a bid to have a reference generated for me as I’m due to start a new job on Thursday this week. I’ve not heard from BT HR yet and my new employer is asking about it. In fact they followed it up on Friday last and also today without success. This could delay my start date. How can this be expedited?

Hi there,

I am due to start a new role and the company are asking for 5 years of references including my time at EE as an advisor- I know my national insurance number but I’m unsure on my EIN, I spoke to my regional manager who then didn’t get back to me, can someone help as it’s pretty urgent? I’m currently unemployed and non reference will delay my start date.
