Brilliant service from EE

My home internet went out at 3pm yesterday but was back on by 10:30 this morning. Nathan ****** maintained good communication with me throughout and called today to ensure everything was fixed and to explain the problem. Really great service eased the annoyance of having no internet for a while. Just wanted to leave a positive review for EE as good customer service seems sadly so rare these days.
