I’ve told him on the phone, but I’d like to recognise Nathan *******for his excellent customer service. He helped me get a great deal and helped overcome some hurdles in the process, saving me money.
he also helped out my parents get a great deal and they are happy with their move to EE so far.

I hope this feedback goes to his manager and benefits him in some way.

No,

due to how things panned out, the final step involved me emailing him and getting him to call me when he was available to finish the transfer. Due to this I didn’t receive a survey as I hadn’t phoned ee directly.
