To whom it may concern

I would like to extend my heartfelt gesture to one of your employees today 5/1/2024. I spoke with one of your team members Peshdad ***** for an upgrade. The way your team member handled the call, made me laugh and just a down to earth guy. He explained everything to me, took me through the process step by step and also saved me a lot of money in the process.
please can you mention this on his next review and as always I’m happy to be part of EE as a customer.
