Customer Service opening hours

What kind of ‘worldwide mobile operator’ shuts for 12 hours a day? Why are we paying this?

My Dad is in hospital and I cannot contact him thanks to the ridiculously bad customer service.

Not been anything like the same since BT bought them

Is anyone one else finding it impossible to contact EE? It’s customer service has gone downhill so fast, they simply do not offer value for money.

I've been in hospital in a coma, they’ve cut me off, I’ve paid them, and 12 hours later I have no service.

Do not renew your contract. Their coverage is **bleep**e too in my area.

Absolutely shocking, and I’ll be posting this elsewhere. They are terrible. You cannot speak to anyone after 8.00pm. I was told my position would be resolved within 2 hours. 10 hours later, it hasn’t been.

When im calling you because you cut me off, despite me paying you, that just doesn’t cut it. Your customer service is a joke, I’m afraid. I’ll be cancelling my contract.

if EE thinks you’re bill is overdue and outstanding, then, even when you pay it, you still cannot speak to anyone from ee

it is a joke. You need to sort this out. I’m the the first person denied contact with a relative in hospital
