I tried getting the iPhone 15 pro on contract monthly yes and it got declined I put payed 30 pound deposit I think and it still hasn’t come back in my bank? It been 2 weeks nearly ?

Hi I tried to get a iPhone 15 pro on contract but they declined it I’m still waiting for the 30 pound refund in my bank and it has been over 2 weeks I’ve been waiting for it? I have tried ringing youse and it’s not letting me get through to use!

Was the payment actually completed? It would normally not pass the pending stage if the credit check wasn't accepted.
