Commend an EE customer Service member

I can't see anywhere on the website to do it so hopefully this is picked up by EE.

It's too easy to hear negative feedback for customer service so I want to express my gratitude for Laura (I won't post her full name). She was amazingly helpful even though it was not her remit or role. So refreshing to see and she really is a credit to EE, if only there were more like that in the world.
