Good afternoon, I just wanted to say what a great experience I had today. I spoke to Jodi in customer services and she was so professional, helpful and a great example of what customer service should be. I just wanted to thank Jodi for her great, 'above and beyond' service. She solved my query in a professional, fast and friendly manner. Jodi did not know that I had a bad few days and she completely made my day and put a smile on my face. A very pleasant call, thank you Jodi.
