Excellent EE agent in Ireland called Amy

I had difficulty transferring my number from BT to EE, and rang EE on 1st September..I was transferred to Amy (EE)from BT who listened & took details of my query & reassured me my Mobile number would be transferred on 5th September & promised to ring me during the evening to ensure ‘all was well’..Sure enough Amy rang & also put right another query I raised regarding my amount of data.. Amy made me feel I mattered & I have nothing but praise for the way she handled my call.. If only there were more ‘Amy’s’ in this world.. Well done Amy & EE for training & caring about their customers
