How to compliment a member of staff?

Hi this evening I spoke with a member of staff on the phone and I would like to compliment them and be recognised for their upbeat attitude.

People do great work and many people are quick to complain but not quick to compliment , people need to be recognised for their great work.

I would like ee to recognise this member of staff and and give them a reward for it.
