Thank you for your reply. No, I am not currently employed by EE or BT. It is obviously Nicola's work email I am looking for, NOT her personal one. Are you able to email me the email address?

I have not yet been in contact with HR. I was hoping to email the 'contact' direct. Would you have any contact information for the HR department instead please?

I have already been to this page, but need to speak to HR. Why is it so difficult? It's easier to get in touch with King Charles than it is HR!
