Hello, I would like to pass on some positive feedback on Aimee who kindly assisted me and my partner this evening.
Due to system issues, we were on a call for 1.5 hours. She kept her calm, patience and most importantly her professionalism and friendly manner.
she was great and definitely made the call worth the time. Thank you!
