Compliment an employee

I just recently had the pleasure of talking to Julie who not only helped me pay my bill and change my plan but also who made me feel completely comfortable and at ease whilst on the phone with her, so thank you Julie for your excellent customer service.

I would like for EE to possibly include a link in which you can compliment customer services instead of just complaints.

Hi,

I visited your store in Neath,South Wales on a few occasions in the last year and I was served by Sheldon one of your customer advisers .I must say I was impressed by his well mannered approach,how helpful and polite he was and how knowledgeable he appeared .In my opinion he is far too experienced in the position he is in at the store.
