I was also very happy to be put through to my local contact centre which is Greenock and had a friendly Glaswegian to speak to - also amazing as I know some struggle with the Scottish accent and it can be hard to understand us - it was a great experience speaking with Linda and eventually her Team Leader Gary - the two of them were fantastic - I've got a great deal on my new device and watch and I can't say enough good about the two of them, they were patient and so helpful.
