Hi, at the beginning of the month, Charlie from the contact centre in Plymouth handled a complaint brilliantly and I’m afraid I forgot to email his manager to praise him. So I hope this can be picked up and passed on. My husband got quite angry and upset and Charlie dealt with everything so well. We are both thrilled with the service received. Thank you!
