I don’t see the point in raising a complaint with ee, I’ve done this twice now and both times heard absolutely nothing until I receive a text 7 days later saying it’s been closed. I don’t understand why there is a complaints procedure if nothing happens.

I haven’t received my £300 gift card. An no one seems to be able to help they just say they’ve filled a form in and for me to wait. But I’ve been told that now 6 times. I started my new contract on 13th November.

When did you last speak to our Mobile Care team? Did they give you a timescale on how long it may take to hear back?

Last time I called was 8 days ago and they said wait 7 days to hear something which o haven’t again. But I have heard nothing about complaints just get a text message saying they’ve closed it.
