On my plan it says no max.mbps. does that mean it would work on 5g. If I just put my current sim in a 5g phone and providing theres coverage in my area. ?

@Calvinmiller76 , yes it will work on 5G, it just means that your plan has unlimited mbps, as some are limited up to speeds of 100mbps.

@Calvinmiller76 , sorry I have no idea, I do not have Android or Samsung, I have Apple Phone and have done for several years, previously it was Nokia and Nokia Lumia, the latter with Windows software, when eventually many apps did not work. No problems with Apple.
