I contacted customer service via text app and received fantastic support, the issue was resolved with an hour. I'm so impressed with the support that I won't consider another network when my contract renewal comes around in the near future.</P><P>The only disappointment I have is that I'm unable to find anywhere to leave any positive feedback for the customer care I experienced.
