All my partner wanted was to buy a new phone as his was broken and he needed it for his work. The assistant said because he was on a contract she could only sell him a Nokia phone (very old style). He was willing to pay for a new phone. Does EE sell phones? He had to return the useless Nokia phone the next day. He was rather angry.Sent from my Galaxy

Yes, you can buy any phone from our pay as you go range to use with a pay monthly SIM.

Was the Nokia the only pay as you go phone the store had in stock?

Have you looked into your upgrade options?

It was not pay as you go but on a 2 year contract which lasts until next year.Sent from my Galaxy

Do you mean the newly purchased phone or the one that is broken? If your partner purchased a new phone with no new contract, it would be from our pay as you go range.
