Always best to back up before sending in for repairs, as this is usual, it would have been factory reset.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;The instructions would have said you need to unlock and back up your device. As &lt;a href="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/160397"&gt;@Schockwave&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;if you haven't then they wil be lost.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
