Just recieved my phone back after a charging portal repair and all my photos have disappeared. Is there anything I can do?

Welcome to the community,

There is nothing you can do, unless you have backed them up. Always best to back up before sending in for repairs, as this is usual, it would have been factory reset.

The instructions would have said you need to unlock and back up your device. As @Schockwave if you haven't then they wil be lost.
