Huge praise and thanks for two EE staff members

I've seen other posters use this forum to praise EE staff, so I wanted to make sure the two people who helped me recently are recognised:

- Natalie in the executive/complaints team was a total life-saver. She helped me resolve a complaint I had relating to an undelivered phone, and then spent hell knows how many hours sorting out a number of issues I had with my EE account details. She was always helpful, friendly and explained everything I wanted to know in perfect detail. Thanks also to her colleague Cory who assisted at one point!

- James in the mobile upgrade/sales team was a pleasure to speak with, saved me a load of money on new deals for my phone/broadband, and made the whole process super smooth.

I've know forum moderators offer community users giving praise a small gift, but I would much rather any kind of gift or special offer goes straight to these two!
