Great customer service - 17 and Central Store

Great customer service yesterday from Ali @ the 17 and central store. I made an appointment and was seen promptly. Ali had a look at my overall account and quickly gave me the upgrade that I requested. I have broadband and a phone to upgrade so he made sure I was brought completely up to date and the entire process took less than 40 minutes. I would give a 10/10 as Ali was attentive, prompt and thorough. Best service at an EE store that I've ever had.
