      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4353840"&gt;@Wizahman&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;You could also be getting caught in the Essential Maintenance, this is nearly always carried out in the early hours of the morning to minimise customer disruption, same as FW updates are always pushed out same kind of time period's, never published what the scope of the work is, so if it is at the exchange side, can be a few weeks and with lots going on presently with all the fibre upgrades etc. Take it that your system recovers when they finish what is being done. And if not answer XRaySpeX requested information.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
