Are you plugged into the master socket?

What broadband service do you have?

No, been here a long time and have been with Plusnet, BT and Sky before with no issues.

It's plugged into the master socket (the only socket I have - has a broadband connection one side and phone connection the other) it's connected to the broadband side with no filter. Also tried it the phone side with filter - same results, endless orange flashing.

Signed up to Essentials Fibre 67 with TV package.

And phone side will be dead, as they have probably moved you onto DV as well, phone plugged into back of router now.

The texts were from EE (66033). I had a call back from a guide and don't think EE know why it isn't working, order shows as 'complete' from their end apparently and I need to wait until midnight.

Current ISP is Virgin (cable) before that is was Vodafone.
