Wifi Controls not working in EE App

I have just joined EE and one of the features I thought was brilliant on the advert was that parents can have complete control over 'switch off' times when your children are gaming and it's bed time and set up scheduled timings etc. My EE app doesn't appear to have the WIFI Controls option?

Please can someone help me?

Is there a quick fix for the parent control issues as it’s not working…… changed from BT which worked great…..

@Emma5551 How are you trying to connect, which router do you have, and when did you change over from BT?

same old BT router via the new EE provider….. BT app got transferred to EE….

@Emma5551 Does the EE app connect to the BT Smarthub2, and you can see the router as not sure how it worked with BT but with EE it appears you have to setup groups and assign the device to a group, but parental controls are not working?

At the point of transfer it all worked fine and the devices shut off as per the schedule. But I now can’t access the manage bit to change any of the settings.

Not sure about the groups but with BT it was on individual devices.

@Emma5551 You have downloaded the EE app to do the control? Just checked ver 5.44.0 is the latest for Android
