    <description>&lt;P&gt;I can’t login to the EE app to view my bill. I have been charged for 2 months already but I can’t log in to the app to check. It says my customer ID is incorrect but I got the customer ID for a gentleman on the phone so it might be correct?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;any help on this would be great&lt;/P&gt;</description>
