      <description>&lt;P&gt;How long does it take from signing the contract until you get your home Wi-Fi connected?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;They sent me text messages on my cell phone that they were doing work so that I could connect to the home WiFi etc... but it's been 3 weeks and they still don't tell me when they will connect my home Internet.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It usually takes 2 weeks but if they're having to do work in your area it could be as long as a piece of string.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
