Unfortunately, I am still unable to access my Broadband bills online. I was a BT customer and was transferred to EE when I updated my landline calling plan. I do not have an EE mobile phone and want to continue to use my BT email address as part of my profile information. I have set up an EE profile. Despite calling EE support where I was assured that the issue would be resolved, it hasn't. I do not want to spend another 30 minutes on the phone trying to resolve the matter. All I want to do is to access my account online.
