Broadband keeps going off whenever i go online in games

hi i was wondering if anyone else has the same issue. My broadband keeps going yellow when i try to go online on games then comes back on when i turn off the console.

@Cloeannwithey And when you go to use, does it work at all or you lose all internet connectivity at this point. Link copy for your router below so you can check.
