      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, I cancelled my home phone and broadband the day after I placed the order. But I’ve now contacted EE 3 times by phone and it still hasn’t been actioned. I am at a loss what more I can do apart from complain to the ombudsman.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You need to raise a formal complaint with EE before you may &lt;SPAN&gt;complain to the Ombudsman.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
