Gaming Pc not working on ee wifi

We had the New EE wifi Smart Hub Fitted on Monday (29th july). Before i was with Sky and had no previous issues but being a streamer/gamer household we thought the benfits of boosting the wifi while gaming was appealing to us. Since having the wifi fitted i have had nothing but issues with connecting in call of duty and fortnite the Lattency spikes to 999 sometimes and it leaves us unable to play.

EE have sent us disks out and we have placed them and doesnt seem to do anything. I have tried to move the PC into the lounge where the wifi is and this doesnt even want to connect to servers. im unsure of what more i can do to solve this issue. im unable to connect via Enthanet due to distance issues.

@KrazyKayz17 Does the wi-fi enhancer function in the app?

Hi it works but doesn’t really boost anything in my game or to my pc just tried the Xbox that is next to router and even this is having connection issues
