Thanks XRaySpeX. So if I unplug my BT TV box and replace it with the new EE TV box, that should work fine and all I need to do?

I was on BT for broadband, landline and TV, but with EE for mobile. When I got a new phone from EE last week, I was moved over to EE for everything. The guy in the shop said I would get a new EE hub, WiFi disks and EE TV box. But I have only been sent the TV box. Will I still be able to use the BT hub and disks when I switch over?

Yes, @cmpd1 , EE is tending not to be sending out the new EE SH+ for those being moved from BT BB to EE New BB & making them to continue to use the BT SH2 + WiFi Discs. Quite a few users here are reporting that the BT SH2 is more reliable but not as fast as the EE SH+ for those on the 1.6 Gig plan.
