      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have been trying to log into my ee acct online for 3 days and it just keeps coming up blocked !&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I was trying to find out about switching to ee broadband from BT but whenever I try I get sorry system error try again , getting really fed up as beginning to think it is a ruse to get you on the phone when all I want to do is get some pricing which I should be able to access through the website , also same issue with access from my mobile ( with ee) !&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Anyone else experiencing this frustration ?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/3995359"&gt;@bl00bell&lt;/a&gt;, have you tried logging in to your account via the website?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You may need to uninstall the app, reboot and reinstall the app as well as clear cache. If that still doesn’t work, then I would suggest ringing customer service to reset your account.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You may need to call BT customer service about switching from BT to EE broadband.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi , yes I have tried via the website too but no luck , also getting unable to access speed testing and service checks via BT online and the app . I think a few phone calls will need to be made&amp;nbsp;&lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":worried_face:"&gt;😟&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
