You should have had emails from EE, check incase they have went into spam etc. the BT DD should end but keep an eye on it just in case, you will probably have to close it yourself with your bank, but wait until the refund has happened.       <description>&lt;P&gt;EE are an utter nightmare avoid them. Migrated from BT 16 June 2024. Have spent every day since on the phone trying to solve one issue after another. They are totally useless. Have two DD and a bank payment.&amp;nbsp; No idea what for. No confirmation or information and no account number. App is probably the worst App ever.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
