I had moved address and took up the whole EE package inorder to port my old phone number. EE has cancelled my order 4 times and have to call (ON CALL FOR MORE THAN 2 HOUR EACH TIME) to re-instate the order 4 times with 3 packs of EE equipment sent!

EE keep on sending text the BT open reach are working on porting my number, it will take 3 working days, later sends the text that is will be 10 working days. An every time after 5/6th working day, i get an email that had requested to stop the order!!! Every time the order is cancelled by sending the email that " i have requested to stop it", which is a blatant lie.

Since placing the order around 15/16 June, I am still without the EE installation! I have only the option to go with EE due to the old landline porting which can only be done with BT open reach.

I SERIOUSLY NEED HELP TO SORT OUT THIS MESS BY EE!
