      <title>I've had full fibre installed. Should there be a cover where it enters the house</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;At the moment there is what looks like a red and white hosepipe coming out of the ground, with a black wire going into the house.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I asked the installer was it going to be left like that and he said yes.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
